Reg-CF live on Wefunder
We're opening this round to the people we built it for.
$250M in lifetime revenue on $7M raised. Inc. 5000 four years running. iOS and the platform expansion are next, and for the first time, players can invest alongside us.
Why we're raising publicly
Players first, including as owners.
We've spent over a decade rewarding people for the games they already play. The players who built Rewarded Play into a $250M business are the same people we want on the cap table, so we're raising the next round in public, on Wefunder, where anyone can join.
We're Inc. 5000 alumni four years running, profitable on a fraction of the capital our peers burned, and sitting on two compounding bets: iOS in summer 2026 and the platform that opens our engine to brands and creators. This round funds both.
Where we stand
A platform that earned the right to scale.
Fourteen years as a company, six in mobile gaming, and $250M in lifetime revenue have produced something rare in mobile user acquisition: a unit-economic engine you can actually trust. The numbers below are the ones we'd want to see if we were investing.
2023 was our peak, roughly $62M in revenue and $10M in EBITDA. Across 2024 and 2025 we deliberately pulled marketing spend back to rebuild our fraud-integrity stack after coordinated install-fraud attacks, and to redirect engineering toward iOS and the white-label platform. This round funds the return to growth on top of a leaner, harder-to-attack engine.
Full historical financials, EBITDA detail, and forward projections are disclosed in our Wefunder Form C and the live updates on our Wefunder page.
What this round funds
Three commitments, in plain English.
Player acquisition
Rebuild marketing spend behind the players we want, the verified spenders our engine knows how to find, across Android and iOS. The unit economics are already proven. The capital lets us run them at scale.
iOS launch
Ship Rewarded Play on iOS in 2026. iOS gamers spend three to four times what Android gamers do, and we've been earning the right to ship there for years. This round gets us across the line.
Operations & platform
Core team, platform infrastructure, and white-label partnership development, the second business that runs on the same engine and opens up brands and creators as customers.
Allocations are management estimates and may be adjusted as the round and opportunities evolve. Final allocation will be reported in Wefunder updates.

Risks we're watching
The honest list.
Every investment involves real risk. These are the five we think about most.
Platform concentration
The business runs inside Google Play and (soon) Apple's App Store. A policy change at either platform, to ads, rewarded mechanics, or store economics, would land on us. We've built around their rules across nine years in mobile; we don't think the direction reverses, but we don't control it.
Fraud and bot networks
Sophisticated install fraud is a permanent feature of mobile UA, and we've already taken a direct hit from it. Our integrity stack, Player Health Score, Amplify, in-house attribution, exists because of that experience. The risk doesn't go away; it gets re-architected against.
iOS launch execution
iOS more than doubles our addressable market, but it's a new platform with different player economics, a longer review cycle, and a more conservative monetization posture. If we slip the launch, the timeline shifts with it.
Competitive pressure
Larger rewarded-UA players have more capital and more game-publisher relationships. Our advantage is depth, six years of player data across 30M+ installs, in-house attribution, and the white-label engine. If that lead narrows, our pricing power narrows with it.
Capital and key-person risk
A Reg CF raise is a capped instrument. If the round does not fully subscribe, or a key team member departs at the wrong moment, the plan moves slower. The founding team has been in the company for over a decade and is not going anywhere, but we'd rather name the risk than hide it.
Full risk disclosures are in our Wefunder Form C. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
